While Officer was talking to Inmate 14 he noticed the odor of alcohol omitting from hium. A prelimanary alcohol breath sample was conducted showing Inmate 14 with the result of.18% blood alcohol content. During the booking process Inmate 14 was found to be in possession of mehtamphetamine.
