BEGINNING The CIFAD has been created in September 1992 by Mrs Georgina DUFOIX who was at this time the General Delegate against drug trafficking and drug addiction. This training center is the only one existing in France

AN INTERDEPARTMENTAL STRUCTURE According to the terms of the creation s convention as a Public Interest Group, the permanent teaching staff is composed of trainers coming from the following departments: -Home ( Police ) - Defense ( Gendarmerie ) - Budget ( Customs ) - Justice ( Magistrate ) - Health ( Inspector )
