The 65-80 billion dollars we were short changed, we are pushing an OIG audit. We need to fight and be vigilant, and not let the Post Office stop the 6 day delivery. The Post Office can say whatever they want at stand-ups, but they can not make changes in Congress. There are a 100 of us going to congress; we are the largest employer in the government except the military. Financially the money we get to fight with is from COLCEP, no one else is protecting our future. What does the governor have to do with the Post Office, every 10 years it does, which party has the most seats. Senator Boxer is there for us all the
time Dan Lungren and Jerry McNerny are up for reelection we need phone bankers, and precinct walkers to help us, help you save your jobs. The projected losses of the Postal service over 10 years is 230 Billion dollars, the Post Office is getting close to their borrowing ceiling. Congress can not bail us out, but they can give us back our money. A discussion was held about customer connect and is it working at some level. We were able to stop the Do Not Mail registry in Berkeley and Oakland withdrew the Do Not Mail Registry. Committees- Green-None Building-None Old Business None
