WHY SHOULD I BE CHOSEN AS THE BEST DISTRICT CABINET SECRETARY OF MULTIPLE DISTRICT 323 Since I am Chief Administrative Officer of the District and the spine of our District Governor, I am dedicated and hardworking lion in both Action and Principle. I am loyal to my District Governor in words and deeds and have assisted him in every way. I had planned along with our District Governor for year, month, week much ahead of time. I have executed my work efficiently by regularly sending circulars to the Club Officers, Cabinet Members and concerned District Dignitaries. Timely communications through e-mails, smss' and telephonic talk. I have reported on District Administration in the District Cabinet Meetings and Executive Council Meetings. I have circulated Notices of District Cabinet Meetings with detailed agenda well in time before the meetings, kept a true and complete record of the proceedings and circulated the minutes in well drafted format with accurate details of the proceedings in the meetings in recording system. I have attended 100% D.G. Official visits which enabled me to provide guidelines to the clubs for their better administration. Much in advance Questionnair is sent to each club and confirmation letters are sent for date of District Governor Visit. I have strengthened the Administration of the whole District by co-coordinating between the District officers and the Clubs and providing them with guidance whenever and wherever required. 28
I have always supported the region Chairpersons, Zone Chairpersons and DistrictChairpersons and have never forgotten that an individual club is the most important unit in Lionism. I have promoted objects and purposes of the Lions Association and adhered to the Constitutions and laws of Lion Association. I have encouraged all the clubs of our District to file PU101 Forms (100%), WMMR (90%), service Activities Report (50%) and all other requirement. I have tried my best to fulfil all the responsibilities of a Cabinet Secretary and add my creative talent in exploring new avenues and adding a new dimension to Secretarial duties. I intend to continue my duties till the last day of the year i.e 30th June 2014. I shall consider my term as successful and I can ensure that the term of the incoming is successful as well for which I shall pass on all the information and experience that I have gained this year. 29
