Cal Skinner, McHenry County Blog - Requested an email sent by Dr. Hawk to employees regarding an investigation into possible criminal activity at Crystal Lake South High School. Cal Skinner, McHenry County Blog Requested a statement regarding possible theft of money from Crystal Lake South High School and names of D155 faculty on leaves of absence and date on which leave(s) began. D155 provided the statement and requested pre-approval to deny from PAC under Section 7(1)(c) of FOIA. PAC denied D155 s request. D155 subsequently provided a list of employees on leave not including one entry t hat is exempt from FOIA under Section 7(1)(n). C. Brett Rowland, Northwest Herald Requested correspondence directed to the Board of Education regarding the 4/20/10 meeting, information regarding volume of phone calls regarding the investigation at Crystal Lake South High School (and related information), information about the current football coaching situation at Crystal Lake South, and details about any action taken by the Board of Education following closed session on 4/20/10. D155 provided information related to all questions except regarding the correspondences. With regard to this portion of the request, on May 5, D155 requested pre-approval to deny from PAC under Section 7(1)(c) of FOIA. This is still pending. VI.
