SECTON 2: As required by Section 11-91-1 of the llinois Municipal Code, the corporate authorities of the Village of Chatham hereby determine that the public interest will be subserved by the vacation of this alley right of way. SECTON 3: Title to the vacated portion of the rightof-way devolve upon the property owner adjacent to the rightof-way. However, the Village hereby finds that compensation 000388
