No. 5.2.6 is amended as follows: Tenderers (manufacturer/ in case of wholly owned marketing entity of the manufacturer such as a wholly owned marketing subsidiary/ marketing division of the manufacturing company the manufacturers turnover ) shall have a minimum turnover of: Rs.50 Crs or more on an average during last (3) three financial years in India for the items from Sl. No. 1 to Sl. No. 82, Rs. Crs or more on an average during last (3) three financial years in India for the items from Sl. No. 83 to Sl. No. 322 and Rs. 10 Crs or more on an average during last (3) three financial years in India for the items from Sl. No. 323 to Sl. No. 392 as per Section IV. Last three financial years means either for 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014- or 2013-14, 2014- and 20-16. (Provisional statement of account shall not be considered). The proof of turnover is to be furnished in the format T6 certified by the Chartered accountant & supported by audited financial statements. After 5.2.6, the following paragraph is added: In case of importers they shall have a minimum turnover of Rs. 10 crs or more on an average during last
