All matters which are ordered to be connected will be listed before the Hon ble Senior most Division Bench and in case of SB matters, before the Hon ble Senior most Single Bench. 4. Mentioning of DB matters to be notified in the Daily/ Supplementary/ Consolidated/ Weekly List be made before Hon ble the Chief Justice s Division Bench. However, mentioning of DB matters already notified in the Daily/ Supplementary/ Weekly List be made before the Hon ble Division Bench concerned, where the matter is so listed. 5. a) Mentioning of SB matters be made before Hon ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Karol. b) Mentioning of SB Arbitration matters and Company matters, be made before Hon ble the Chief Justice on Friday and on other days, before Hon ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sharma. However, mentioning of SB matters already notified in the Daily/ Supplementary/ Weekly List be made before the Hon ble Single Bench concerned, where the matter is so listed. 6. In case of any Court passing any order for not placing the matter before the said Court, such matters will be listed as follows: A. The cases of Hon ble Division Bench, presided over by Hon ble the Chief Justice and Hon ble Mr. Justice Dharam Chand Chaudhary, Judge, will be listed before Hon ble Division Bench, presided over by Hon ble the Chief Justice and Hon ble Mr. Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge and vice versa. The cases pertaining to Division Bench will be listed before the Hon ble Division Bench, presided over by Hon ble the Chief Justice. B. The cases pertaining to Single Bench(es), will be listed before Hon ble Single Bench, presided over by Hon ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Karol and the matters not to be listed before Hon ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Karol will be listed before Hon ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sharma and thereafter in the order of seniority. C. The cases, which have been ordered to be listed before the Hon ble Division Bench(es) or Hon ble Single Bench(es), except the Division Bench/ Single Bench of Hon ble the Chief Justice for the actual date could not be taken up for some reason by the said Bench(es), because of non availability are to be distributed amongst the Hon ble Division/ Single Bench(es) available and in case of holiday, such matters shall be taken up on the next Court working day.

7. The Consolidated List will consist of following 22 categories of cases: -6- (i) Full Bench matters; (ii) Larger Bench matters; (iii) Supreme Court expedited cases; (iv) Cases against interlocutory orders; (v) Offences relating to women; (vi) Offences relating to children; (vii) The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act cases; (viii) Cases of persons who are in jail; (ix) Cases of Senior Citizens more than 75 years of age. (x) Arbitration matters; (xi) Company matters; (xii) Cases more than seven/ eight years old, as the case may be; (xiii) Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act; (xiv) High Court expedited cases; (xv) Group/ Bunch more than 10 matters; (xvi) Taxation matters; (xvii) Company Appeals; (xviii) Cases related to public projects; (xix) Street Vendors/ Hawkers matters; (xx) Educational matters; (xxi) Other than above-civil and (xxii) Other than above-criminal. 8. The Weekly List will consist of matters taken from the Consolidated List category-wise distributed amongst the Benches concerned in proportionate lots chronologically. 9. Section Officer concerned will be responsible to see that no case older in the category, which is ready is left out than the cases of the category on the hearing Board. If any older matter is pending in the Registry for want of completion, then the same be listed for order before the Court forthwith for completion, if otherwise specific longer date is not given. The Section Officer concerned will be responsible for listing such matter for orders for completion. 10. The Advocates and parties may mention any matter left out in the hearing list, which is older than the same category of cases listed in the hearing list before the Registrar (Judicial) from 10.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on any working day. 11. If any case fits in two categories of expedited cases then order be sought from the Registrar (Judicial) to include it in the category, where it would get priority. 12. All Division Bench(es) Review Petitions pertaining to cases not assigned to DB-I, where both the Hon ble Judges are not available due to transfer, elevation or retirement will be listed before Hon ble DB-II. 13. All Single Bench Review Petitions pertaining to cases, where Hon ble Judge is not available due to transfer, elevation/ retirement will be listed before Hon ble Single Bench-II.
