Wysong, Respondent, pursuant to the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and alleges: 1. Respondent is and, at all times mentioned in the Complaint, was a member of The Florida Bar, admitted on October 15, 2001, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Florida. 2. Respondent practiced law in Hillsborough County, Florida, at all times material. 3. The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee C found probable cause to file this Complaint pursuant to Rule 3-7.4, of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, and this Complaint has been approved by the presiding member of that committee.
4. On March 17, 2015, Respondent was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) and possession of cocaine, and, as a result, Respondent was charged with DUI second offense (misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), and possession of cocaine (felony) in Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case Number 15-CF-003872. 5. The charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine were nolle prossed. 6. On August 18, 2015, Respondent pled and was adjudicated guilty of reckless driving (reduced from DUI second offense), a misdemeanor offense. 7. Prior to the 2015 adjudication, Respondent had two (2) prior adjudications for misdemeanor offenses. 8. On January 7, 2014, Respondent pled no contest and was adjudicated guilty of leaving the scene of an accident with damage to a vehicle or other property. 9. On January 13, 2010, Respondent pled no contest and was adjudicated guilty of DUI. 10. Respondent s repeated criminal conduct reflects adversely on her fitness as a lawyer. 11. Respondent failed to notify The Florida Bar of her adjudication of guilt, as required by Rule 3-7.2(e), Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. 2

By reason of the foregoing, Respondent has violated the following Rules Regulating The Florida Bar: Rule 3-4.3 (Misconduct and Minor Misconduct); Rule 3-4.4 (Criminal Misconduct); Rule 3-7.2(e) (Notice by Members of Determination or Judgment of Guilt of All Criminal Charges); and Rule 4-8.4(b) (Commission of a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects). WHEREFORE, The Florida Bar prays Respondent will be appropriately disciplined in accordance with the provisions of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar as amended.
