MOVED by the 1.75 Acre portion of land be transferred to the applicants Helen Kushliak-Sutherland and Garnette Sutherland, subject to: a) a sales agreement being signed at the established value of $60,000.00 per acre, totaling $105,000.00, plus $650.00 for the cost of the appraisal and all applicable taxes; b) that all incidental costs to create title and consolidation with the adjacent lands are at the expense of the applicant; and c) the terms of the sales agreement shall be completed within one year after Bylaw C-7563-2016 receives third and final reading.
