THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Niles City School District, Trumbull County, Ohio, approve the Certificate of Project Completion and authorize the President and Treasurer to execute the Certificate; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be authorized to close the Project Construction Fund (Fund 10) and dispose of the remaining funds in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 3318.12.
