The purpose of this application is to request the consent of the Committee of Adjustment to convey a parcel of land marked "A" on the attached sketch for the creation of a new lot, together with all required easements and right of ways, for residential purposes, and retain the lands marked B on the attached sketch for residential purposes. To permit no maximum distance between a temporary sales office and the lands to be developed. 1. Temporary offices for the sale of residential units shall be located only on the lands subject to the development or in the immediate vicinity provided it shall not be located further away from the lands to be developed than 100 meters. LEANNE and FRANK ZAMPARO, 129 Cedarvalley Crescent, Kleinburg, ON L0J 1C0, appeared in objection and raised their concerns with safety and security surrounding the temporary sales office. JOSEPH VESCIO, 121 Cedarvalley Crescent, Kleinburg, ON L0J 1C0, appeared in objection and raised similar concerns. The Committee is of the opinion that the item be stood down in order to allow time for the agent to address the concerns of those neighbors residing near the site for a temporary sales office. The Committee is of the opinion that the variance sought can be considered minor and is desirable for the appropriate development and use of the land. The subject lands are zoned R1V, Old Village Residential Zone, subject to Exception 9(662) under By-law 1-88 as amended. To permit the continued construction of a single family dwelling 1.
