Motion made by Alderman Heller and seconded by Alderman Koerber to approve Item #10A, Resolution No. 15-06 approving a Professional Services Agreement Task Order No. 10 between the City of Waterloo, Illinois and HMG Engineers, Inc. for Engineering Services related to the Downtown Square Area Resealing/Restriping Project with a not to exceed amount of $36,500.00. Motion made by Alderman Notheisen and seconded by Alderman Hopkins to approve the proposed route for the Mutt & Me 5K Run/1 Mile Walk to be held on October 3, 2015, 9:00 a.m., to benefit Helping Strays, Humane Society of Monroe County. Motion passed unanimously with Aldermen Notheisen, Thomas, Hopkins, Trantham, Metzger, Frederick, Koerber and Heller voting yea. B. Consideration and Action on Procedure and Schedule of Proceedings Relative to the Adoption of the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year of May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016. Consideration and Action on Approval of the Southern Illinois Center for Health Improvement Plans. Motion made by Alderman Koerber and seconded by Alderman Heller to approve the Southern Illinois Center for Health Improvement Plans. Discussion. Alderman Hopkins stated the City has a sign off from HMG and the recommendation to the City to improve Phase I. Alderman Heller stated the Planning Committee had unanimously approved this improvement plan. Motion passed unanimously with Aldermen Koerber, Heller, Notheisen, Thomas, Hopkins, Trantham, Metzger and Frederick voting yea. 13. Discussion of Matters by Council Members Arising After Agenda Deadline. Alderman Thomas stated he would be absent for the next Council meeting. Alderman Hopkins and the Council congratulated and thanked the Waterloo cheerleaders, coaches and parents for a good job representing Waterloo thru football and basketball. 14. Motion to Adjourn.
