Motion made by Alderman Koerber and seconded by Alderman Heller to approve the Southern Illinois Center for Health Improvement Plans. Discussion. Alderman Hopkins stated the City has a sign off from HMG and the recommendation to the City to improve Phase I. Alderman Heller stated the Planning Committee had unanimously approved this improvement plan. Motion passed unanimously with Aldermen Koerber, Heller, Notheisen, Thomas, Hopkins, Trantham, Metzger and Frederick voting yea. 13. Discussion of Matters by Council Members Arising After Agenda Deadline. Alderman Thomas stated he would be absent for the next Council meeting. Alderman Hopkins and the Council congratulated and thanked the Waterloo cheerleaders, coaches and parents for a good job representing Waterloo thru football and basketball. 14. Motion to Adjourn.
