Gathering Congregational Information The Congregational Survey is part of the UUA s defined process to gather Congregational information. The Survey was conducted by Buzzie Kelly and Ann Johnson from the Ministerial Search Committee during the August 2016 to October 2016 timeframe. 71 surveys, representing approximately 42 % of the UUCC s membership, were returned and compiled into the results. Full copies of this presentation and the survey results can be found on the UUCC web site under the News -> Ministerial Search Section. Full copies can all be downloaded from https://goo.gl/t8zxgi
Gathering Congregational Information The Ministerial Search Committee is using the survey results for the following: To provide us with a clear understanding what the congregation desires from our next settled minister. To learn congregants thoughts about congregational life, our church, and what is important to them. To provide prospective ministers with an overview of our congregation. In conjunction with the survey, five different focus group meetings were also conducted during August and September to provide additional information and direction to members of the Search Committee.
