Who are we? NGO Forum on Cambodia is a membership organization. Our mission is to build NGO cooperation and capacity, supporting NGO networks and other civil society organizations to engage in policy dialogue, debate and advocacy. We works to improve life for poor and vulnerable people in Cambodia. The goal of NGO Forum is that the rights of the poor and vulnerable are recognized and supported by the policies and practices of Cambodia s government and development partners, and the wider community. 96 N/INGO as our members, 8NGO Networks Members + 5 national working groups =450NGOs 11/15/2017 3

NGO Network under facilitate by NGOF 8 National NGO Networks + 5 National NGO Working Group=450NGOs. NGOF s member=96ngos 12 Existing Provincial Networks (Since 2004 with NCDD,Seila Program) focus on Natural Resource Management and National Development Strategic Plan (NSDP) + MDG+CMDG). Currently VSO, NGOF, CCC are working on 8 provincial NGO networks through EU fund. 11/15/2017 4

Approach The NGO Forums work approach is based on two foundations: Constructive engagement and Evidence-based research. CSOs/NGOF serve as a bridge between communities, private sector, government officers, policy maker and decision makers. 11/15/2017 5
