The mailboxes are each valued at approximately $50.00. September 3 rd, Paradigm Residential Services located on the 12600 block of Fremont Avenue in Zimmerman reported the theft of four black metal patio chairs valued at $200.00. September 6 th, it was reported that several storage garages located on the 12700 block of 320 th Avenue NW in Baldwin Township had the locks cut off and several items were 4

taken. Among the items taken were an 8-inch Strikemaster ice auger valued at $500.00, two fishing rods valued at $20.00, two tackle boxes and tackle valued at $400.00, one camping tent valued at $200.00, and one air mattress valued at $50.00. September 8 th, a property management company reported the theft of a central air unit from a home located on Church Street in Clear Lake. The estimated value is $1,500.00. September 8 th, Jesse Bergmann reported the mirror on his vehicle has been broken off while parked in a parking lot located on 10 th Street W in the city of Zimmerman. The estimated cost to repair it is currently unknown. September 11 th, Tanya Daudt of 3 rd Street W in the city of Zimmerman reported the theft of a women s blue mountain bike valued at $800.00, a men s blue mountain bike valued at $200.00, and a pair of children s rollerblades valued at $180.00. 5
