Company-specific switched and special access rate band information for those companies which mirror NECA Tariff F.C.C. rates is available in a matrix in the Preface section of this tariff. To determine the appropriate rate band rate for use in the NECA tariffs, locate the company name on the matrix and apply the rate band listed for the appropriate service to the pricing sections of the NECA tariff.
