Shivkumar, Visiting Professor Objective: 1.To familiarize the students of international relations to various aspects of interactions that exist between Europe and Latin America with special emphasis on economic, trade and political connections between EU and Latin America and the Caribbean. This is expected to make the study of Europe more meaningful and holistic.
