ENTREPRENEURSHIP IS MORE THAN STARTING A BUSINESS. Entrepreneurship is more than just officially starting a business. People need the desire to start a business, have to be confident enough and need to have the necessary mental strength, despite a possible lack of backing from their friends or family. It is therefore important to not just support entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship funding programs, but to promote the concept of entrepreneurship and self-employment for everyone regardless of gender - to boost acceptance within society. 12

REASONS TO START A BUSINESS STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF PROGRESS IN DEVELOPING OUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT Developments of the modern working environments, like the Flex-Economy or Gig-Economy, with increasing interest in new flexible or part-time working models, are fueled by the people s desires and wishes for their working life. Economy and politics need to support them by providing an appropriate framework. 15

ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION IS MORE THAN JUST BUSINESS SKILLS Education should not only include economic skills, but also focus on business reality. This means on how to maintain and grow the business by building a network and expanding the customer base. This is also a key skill for working in a more flexible work environment without being permanently under contract by the same company. 23
