A full hearing as set forth in Article VIII, Paragraph B will be given the accuser and the accused. A vote will be taken by ballot of the members in good standing present. A two-thirds vote of said members present shall be required to rescind the action taken by the Board. If the Board decision is rescinded by the vote of the members, the membership in good standing present shall then by simple majority vote of those present, and without being limited by the action previously taken by the Board, determine what disciplinary action, if any, should be taken against the member against whom the charges are preferred.

8 E. Any suspension or expulsion imposed by vote of the Board shall be effective immediately upon notice to the disciplined member. In the event of a suspension of ninety (90) days or less, such suspension shall be held in abeyance immediately upon the receipt by the Secretary of a notice of appeal, as set forth in paragraph D above. Upon a decision of the membership not to rescind the action of the Board, any remaining suspension period shall immediately take effect. During the period of such suspension, or upon expulsion, the member against whom the action is taken shall lose all membership privileges including any privilege to use any CLUB facility, including but not limited to any privilege to utilize such facilities as a guest, as a participant in a scheduled shooting event, or as a member of the general public.
