All accredited photojournalists who wish to cover the Republic Day Celebrations, Beating Retreat Ceremony and Martyrs Day-2012 may send their request to the undersigned. The cameraman passes will be issued on 17, 18, & 19 th January 2012 between 1400 hrs to 1630 hrs at the Press Lounge of PIB, Shastri Bhawan. 2. You are requested to fill up the enclosed Performa and submit it to the undersigned by 30 th December 2011 along with four front face passport size photographs with white background for each coverage i.e. RD Celebrations, Beating the Retreat Ceremony and Martyrs Day. 3. You may submit the application by hand only. Cameramen Passes will be made by PM Security (Delhi Police), therefore you are requested to submit the application form by the given time only. Place of Submission of Application and Photo : L&M Block Reception (Near North Block) Opposite CGHS Dispensary, New Delhi Time : 10:30 12:30 and 14:30-16:30hrs 4. Last Date of acceptance of application is 30 th December 2011 positively. Please note that (a). No request will be entertained after the last date as Passes will be made by Delhi Police. (b). Journalists coming to witness the Republic Day Parade-2012 in their own/orgn. Vehicles should mention their Vehicle Regn No. in the application form so that appropriate vehicle stickers could be issued.
