STUDENT VISA APPLICATION CHECKLIST: Students must pass at least ½ of their courses in the first year or 2/3 of their course in any following semester/year to be eligible to apply online. Please ensure you provide the following COMPULSORY documents: Evidence of Funds Recent up-to-date 3-month NEW ZEALAND bank statement showing the transactions and provide evidences of origin of any recent lump sum deposits (further evidence may be required). The bank statements must be in your name, with your current address and stamped by the bank or on bank letterhead. The bank statement must show that you have either: NZ$7,500 (one semester) or NZ$15,000 (two semesters) for living expenses. or a Sponsorship Form for Temporary Entry (INZ1025) Your sponsor must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident. Section F & G must be completed. Please note you are required to provide a 3-month NZ bank statement as above (however no minimum balance required). These will be scanned to INZ for approval. or a completed INZ Financial Undertaking form (INZ 1014) A financial undertaking can only be provided if your original student visa application made outside New Zealand included a financial undertaking. The financial undertaking supplied with this application must be completed by the same person who completed the original undertaking. Please note you are required to provide a 3-month NZ bank statement as above (however no minimum balance required). These will be scanned to INZ for approval. or (For SACM/TVTC scholarships) Financial Guarantee and Offer of Place, Additional information form. 9. Declaration I have provided true and correct answers to the questions in this form. I agree to tell Immigration New Zealand about any changes to my circumstances that occur after making this application. I agree to leave New Zealand before my visa expires. If I remain in New Zealand after my visa has expired, I may be liable for deportation. I agree that if I am not entitled to free health care in New Zealand, I will pay for any health care or medical assistance I may require in New Zealand. I understand that if I have received immigration advice from an immigration adviser and if that immigration adviser is not licensed under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007 when they should be, Immigration New Zealand will return my application. I understand that Immigration New Zealand may provide information about my entitlement to work to potential employers via the online VisaView system. VisaView is authorised by legislation.
