PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT EXPOSE THEMSELVES OR OTHERS TO ANY DANGEROUS OR HARMFUL BEHAVIOR OR ACTIVITY AT ANY TIME DURING THIS CONTEST. Eligibility: The Red on the Run Scavenger Hunt Contest ("Contest") is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in jurisdiction of residence (whichever is older) as of the date of Entry, and are physically in a Territory (defined below). Employees, and immediate family members and household member of employees, of NBCUniversal Media, LLC ( Sponsor ), LeadDog Marketing Group, Inc. ( Administrator ), Sony Pictures Television, Participating Venues ( Location(s) ) the cast and crew of The Blacklist, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling or administering the Contest or which are otherwise in any way involved in the offering of the Contest in one or more cities comprising the Territory (as defined below) and/or each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, are not eligible to enter or win, collectively the ( Contest Entities ). Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Contest is offered only in: Atlanta, GA, Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Charlotte, SC, Chicago, IL, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, Detroit, MI, Hartford, CT, Indianapolis, IN, Los Angeles, CA, Minneapolis, MN, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Phoenix, AZ, Pittsburgh, PA, Raleigh, NC, Sacramento, CA, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, St. Louis, MO, Tampa, FL and Washington D.C. as per Rule 4 below ( Territory ). For purposes of these Rules, a city refers to all locations within the legally defined city limits. For example, New York, NY consists of Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens; but does not include Nassau County, Suffolk County or Westchester County in New York State, northern New Jersey or southern Connecticut. Void outside Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law. 4. How to Participate: The Red on the Run Scavenger Hunt Contest will take place between 1:00pm-3:30pm local time at select locations in the noted cities on the following days (each, a City ) as follows: Boston, MA, Denver, CO, Hartford, CT, Los 1

Angeles, CA, Minneapolis, MN, Washington, D.C. on Monday, February 2, 2015; Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI, Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Sacramento, CA, St. Louis, MO on Tuesday, February 3, 2015; Baltimore, MD, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Indianapolis, IN, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Tampa, FL on Wednesday, February 4. 2015; and Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, Phoenix, AZ, Raleigh, NC, Seattle, WA on Thursday, February 5, 2015. Sometime between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. local time on the corresponding day for a given City, two (2) clues ( Clues ) will be Tweeted from The Blacklist Twitter account (@NBCBlacklist), posted to the NBC Facebook page (www.facebook.com/nbcblacklist, and posted at the following website www.nbc.com/redontherun with respect to a private venue (each, a Location ) in that City where Raymond Red Reddington (i.e., a decoy dressed like Raymond Red Reddington from The Blacklist) ( Red ) presently can be found and to learn the secret catchphrase ( Catchphrase ) which is required to win. Red will be at the Location wearing his signature flair trench coat, sunglasses, and fedora hat. Contestants must (a) decipher the Clues to determine Red s current Location, (b) go to that Location, and (c) whisper the Catchphrase to Red. For the avoidance of doubt, each City will have its own Contest in which the objective is to find Red at a given location within the City and whisper the Catchphrase to Red. BY ACCESSING, READING AND USING CLUES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. PERSONS MUST ACT IN A SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE, APPROPRIATE AND RESPECTFUL MANNER AT ALL TIMES IN PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST. THIS INCLUDES REFRAINING FROM HARRASSING, BADGERING OR ANTAGONIZING RED, OTHER CONTESTANTS IN THE CONTEST OR SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR REPRESENTATIVES (INCLUDING LOCATION EMPLOYEES AND THE NBC BRAND AMBASSADOR.) WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING IN ANY WAY, TAUNTING, THREATENING, TOUCHING OR ACTING IN AN AGGRESSIVE OR INAPPROPRIATE MANNER TOWARD RED (ALL AS DETERMINED BY RED/SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR REPRESENTATIVES IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION) IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST AND POSSIBLE LEGAL SANCTIONS. IN ADDITION, PERSONS MUST OBEY ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS/REGULATIONS AT ALL TIMES AS WELL AS ANY POSTED RESTRICTIONS REGARDING ADMISSION TO A GIVEN LOCATION/VENUE. THIS INCLUDES TRAFFIC LAWS/REGULATIONS AS WELL AS LAWS/REGULATIONS ADDRESSING SAFE ASSEMBLY IN A PHYSICAL SPACE (E.G., FIRE CODES). THE CONTESTANT MUST ALSO FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS OF RED, SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR REPRESENTATIVE, LOCATION EMPLOYEES AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS AT ALL TIMES. ENGAGING IN UNRULY OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR* (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION) OR OTHERWISE ACTING IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE PRECEDING GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION AND/OR OTHER LEGAL SANCTIONS. PARTICIPATION CONDUCT: A participant may be removed from the Location and/or disqualified from participating in the Contest, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, for any reason at any time, including but not limited to the advice of Sponsor s 2

representatives at Location ( Event Staff ), by creating an unauthorized disturbance, interruption, or unnecessarily rough physical or mental threat to the well-being of any other participant or Event Staff, he/she may be removed from the Location. Any act performed by participant defined by Federal, State of Local statute or ordinance as constituting a criminal act may result in removal from the Location and/or disqualification from Contest. At the sole discretion of Sponsor, if a participant uses profanity, or demonstrates any lewd or sexually suggestive gestures or full or partial nudity, the Sponsor shall have the right to remove the individual from the Location and/or disqualify participant from Contest. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Event Staff, if a participant creates a potential for death, disability, injury, property damage or any other negative incident during Contest or during his/her participation in Contest, the Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify participant from Contest and to remove that individual from the Location. Disqualification and/or removal from the Location will result in forfeiture of any Prize that may have been awarded. By participating, each participant (i) understands the Sponsor has not arranged for and do not carry any insurance of any kind for participant s benefit and that participant will be solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any medical, life, accident, automobile, property or other insurance relative to his/her participation in Contest; (ii) agrees that he/she will obey all traffic, safety and other applicable laws and will not speed or otherwise expose himself/herself or any other individual, whether participating in the Contest or not, to harm or danger of any kind; (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Entities (defined in Section 7) from any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participating on Contest; and (iv) agrees to indemnify the Released Entities (defined below) from any losses, liabilities or expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees, resulting from any claims, proceedings or investigations arising from or in connection with participant s participation in Contest or compliance or non-compliance with these Official Rules. *Unruly/inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to interfering with the participation of other contestants in any manner or any form of cheating. Contestants must participate in the Contest individually and not as part of groups or teams. If for any reason the Contest (in whole or in part) is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond Sponsor s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest (for example: changes by Twitter Inc. to its policies and terms), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend offering the Contest in one or more of the cities comprising the Territory. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Contest in such affected city/cities and award the prizes for such affected city/cities in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/suspension of the Contest will be posted on @NBCBlacklist's Twitter page and on www.nbc.com/redontherun. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or 3

unauthorized access to, or alteration of, clues or the Catchphrase, or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any clue or the Catchphrase to be posted, disseminated or accessed in a legible/comprehensible manner on account of technical problems, failure, malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet, any website or any broadcast medium, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to contestant's or any other person's computer or wireless device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Contest. Even if the Contest has been advertised, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion not to proceed with/terminate the Contest. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest and amend the rules accordingly once the Contest begins. Contestants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Contest and/or prevent others from participating in the Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY CONTESTANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. 5. Winner Announcement: At each Location the first contestant to whisper the correct, complete Catchphrase to Red, as determined by Red and/or the NBC Brand Ambassador in their sole discretion, will be the potential grand prize winner each a Grand Prize Winner ) in that City. The second contestant to whisper the correct, complete Catchphrase to Red, as determined by Red and/or the NBC Brand Ambassador in their sole discretion, will be the potential first prize winner (each a First Prize Winner ) in that City. The third contestant to whisper the correct, complete Catchphrase to Red, as determined by Red and/or the NBC Brand Ambassador in their sole discretion, will be the potential third prize winner (each a Third Prize Winner ) in that City. Winners will be announced immediately onsite after their secret Catchphrase has been verified by Red and/or the NBC Brand Ambassador). Should multiple contestants determine Red s current location, go to that location and whisper the correct, complete Catchphrase to Red contemporaneously or simultaneously, Red/onsite NBC Brand Ambassador will determine the order of contestants who accomplished the task or otherwise determine the winners for a given City in their sole discretion. IN NO EVENT WILL MORE THAN (3) PRIZES (I.E., ONE GRAND PRIZE, ONE FIRST PRIZE AND ONE SECOND PRIZE) BE AWARDED FOR EACH CITY. ALL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION. REACHING RED AND WHISPERING THE CATCHPHRASE (EVEN IF IT IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE) ARE NOT DETERMINATIVE OF BEING A WINNER; YOU ARE NOT A WINNER, EVEN IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE FIRST THREE (3) CONTESTANTS TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK IN A GIVEN CITY, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY, AND THE ACCURACY OF THE PROVIDED CATCHPHRASE HAVE BEEN VERIFIED BY AN NBC BRAND AMBASSADOR, AND YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Winner is solely responsible for any and all unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of prize(s). Odds of winning depend on your ability to decipher the clues and find Red in a given City as compared to that of other contestants attempting to find Red in that City. 7. Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By participating, contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator (including Red/NBC Brand Ambassador), which shall be final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. Such decisions include but are not limited to the identities of the first three contestants to find Red and whisper the correct Catchphrase to Red in a given City. By participating in this Contest, contestants agree to release and hold harmless the Contest Entities, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, as well as Twitter Inc., Facebook, Inc. and Instagram, LLC (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of prize(s). By entering, contestants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a winner's list (if applicable) without compensation to the extent permitted by law. This may include audio, video and/or electronic recordation of a contestant s attempts to determine the location of Red and whisper the Catchphrase to Red in a given City and/or other aspects of his/her participation in the Contest. Disputes: To the fullest extent permitted by law, contestant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or the awarding of prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York or an appropriate New York State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will contestant be permitted to obtain awards for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
