Activity Details Sub Process 1: WOK PEMT POCESSNG 5.1.1 nitiation Process: n order to initiate any request the Supervisor or Manager should ensure that the mmigration Profile of the Employee is up-to-date. a. The immigration request should be initiated only by the Manager if the employee meets all the requirements as per the rules & regulations of the country intended to travel. b. Once the immigration request is initiated a unique application is generated in the MS system. c. The Employee completes the application with the Questionnaire, uploads all the documents. d. The application moves to different approving authorities like TM, VH, BU Head. GMS Page 12 of 27

Wipro T Business Confidential e. Upon approval from all the necessary oles, the application moves to GMS for further processing. Once the online application is approved and Employee should submit the hard copies of those required documents to nearest GMS Location. Then the respective allocating manager assigns the application to the concerned GMS Verification agent. 5.1.2 Verification Process: The GMS verification SPOC/agent responsible should validate the information, check and ensure whether the necessary documents & forms are submitted by with specified requirements. The GMS verification SPOC/agent would have to follow the below mentioned verification process: 1. Passport Copy (including dependents if applicable): Clear color Scanned copy of the first, last, observation/corrections pages (if applicable) & Previous Singapore visa stamped Page (if applicable), ECN mandatory for travel. Verify the Passport copy with D page and Address page of the Passport. Check Validity of the passport, First & Last Name. Make sure the Passport should be valid for minimum of 12-24 months with 4 consecutive blank pages mandatory. 2. Degree Certificates: Copy of only Convocation Certificates for both Degree & PG Degree. Verify the Employee Name and details provided as per the information. Only Convocation certificates are accepted and not Provisional Degree Certificates. 3. Mark Sheets: Copy of All semester/annual Marks Sheets preferable consolidated in single file (all in single PDF only). 4. esident Visa Application Form: Duly filled (hand written) esident Visa Application Form 1 (.V.1) by the employee. Separate forms should be completed for each foreign expatriate. When completing this form GMS Page 13 of 27

Wipro T Business Confidential applicant is allowed to use additional paper. Please refer Annexure-1 for the esident Visa Application Form. 5. Wipro eference Letter: Copy of Wipro eference letter; as per the format available on MyWipro. Please refer Annexure-2 for Wipro eference letter sample. 6. esume: esume completed should be with start and end dates of the projects without any gaps between projects right from employee s first job with the employer's name. esume should be as per the Template/format as available on GMS Portal Checklist. Please refer Annexure-3 for esume format. 7. Job Description: Copy of Job description stating oles, esponsibilities and skills to be performed by the employee at Client s place. Please refer Annexure-4 for Job Description format. 8. Appointment Letter: Copy of Wipro appointment letter or Offer letter received at the time of joining Wipro with acceptance page signed by the employee. 9. Experience Certificates: Copy of Experience certificate with the joining date and relieving date for all previous employments prior to Wipro, in single consolidated PDF file (Offer copies are not required). 10. Marriage Certificate (only if Dependent permit applied with primary work permit): Name on Marriage certificate and on passport should be the same. Else, an affidavit from Notary is required. The Marriage certificate should be in English and if it is in regional language; Notarized English translation is required. 11. Child Birth certificate (only if Dependent permit applied with primary work permit): Name of the kid on the certificate is mandatory & the Name mentioned on the certificate and on passport should be the same. Else, an affidavit from Notary is required. The Birth certificate should be in English and if it is in regional language; Notarized English translation is required. 12. Photographs (including Dependents if applicable): Two portrait photographs size 4x6 cm with white background; each person neatly dressed and taken within last 6 month period. GMS Page 14 of 27

Note: The applications must be completed and submitted within 3 working days failing to which the system will auto reject the application and the auto rejected application cannot be reopened. n case of any issues or delays the same can be escalated by referring to GMS Escalation Matrix. f the application satisfies all the necessary parameters; GMS verification agent will duly approve the request and will update the formal application acceptance date in the MS system & send all the documents to the processing team. 5.1.3. Application Processing: 1. The respective applications will reflect under the section Under Process Application. 2. GMS processing agent will review all the application & documents and will arrange for the following documents in coordination with the legal team: The n Company profile. Business egistration. Letter stating that the company will take full responsibility of the applicant during his stay in Lanka. Master Service Agreement / Statement of Work / Letter of ntent 3. Then the GMS processing agent consolidates all the documents, and applications and: Sends soft copies of documents via email to Service provider in Sri Lanka. Please refer Annexure-5 for Service provider details. GMS Page 15 of 27

Dispatching team sends all the documents to Service Provider in Sri Lanka with the courier tracking number. Please refer Annexure-5 for Service provider details. 5. The GMS processing agent updates MS system with documents Sent date and an auto mailer is sent to the employee. 6. The Service Provider in files the application to mmigration authorities in & sends intimation to GMS team about filing date. 7. The GMS processing agent updates MS system with application filed date and an auto mailer is sent to the employee. 8. f any other additional documents /clarifications are requested from the mmigration; the service provider will send an email to the GMS processing team requesting for the same. 9. As per the specific requirement the GMS processing agent will inform the employee to submit the documents. 10. Employee submits required documents /clarifications to GMS processing agent. 11. GMS processing agent verifies the same send the same via email and hand over hard copy to dispatching team. 12. Dispatching team send the documents through courier to service provider in. Please refer Annexure-6 for GMS Courier Guidelines. 13. Service Provider in files the documents to mmigration authorities. 14. f the application request is complete as per the Norms, the mmigration authorities will duly approve the request and would fax esidence Visa Entry Permit approval letter to Service Provider in & to Sri Lankan High Commission in ndia. Please refer Annexure-7 for the esidence Visa Entry Permit approval letter sample. GMS Page 16 of 27

The GMS processing agent updates the esidence Visa Entry Permit approval letter details in MS system & an auto mailer sent to Employee 17. Employee needs to proceed with initiating stamping process and complete the stamping. 18. On reaching Employee needs contact the Service Provider in and apply for Work Permit/Dependent Permit. 19. On receiving the Work Permit/Dependent Permit; Employee needs to scan and send a copy of Work Permit/Dependent Permit to GMS team. 20. GMS processing agent updates the Work Permit/Dependent Permit details in MS system & closes the application. Sub Process 2: FAMLY E-UNON POCESSNG 5.2.1 nitiation Process: n order to initiate Dependent Permit request, Employee should ensure that the mmigration Profile of the Employee & Dependents (Both Spouse & Children) are up-to-date. a. The immigration request can be initiated by the Employee / Manager if the employee meets all the requirements as per the rules & regulations of the country intended to travel. b. Once the immigration request is initiated a unique application is generated in the MS system. c. The Employee completes the application with the Questionnaire, uploads all the documents. Once the online application is received; the respective allocating manager assigns the application to the concerned GMS Verification agent. GMS Page 17 of 27

Wipro T Business Confidential 5.2.2 Verification Process: The GMS verification SPOC/agent responsible should validate the information, check and ensure whether the necessary documents & forms are submitted by with specified requirements. The GMS verification SPOC/agent would have to follow the below mentioned verification process: 1. Passport Copy: Clear color scanned copy of the first, last, observation/corrections pages (if applicable), ECN mandatory for travel. Verify the Passport copy with D page and Address page of the Passport. Check Validity of the passport, First & Last Name. Make sure the Passport should be valid for minimum of 12-24 months with 4 consecutive blank pages mandatorily. Color scanned copies of the employee's passport and visa stamping page (required if the primary applicant is in ). 2. Work Permit: Photocopy of current Work Permit of the Employee. 3. Marriage Certificate: Name on Marriage certificate and on passport should be the same. Else, an affidavit from Notary is required. The Marriage certificate should be in English and if it is in regional language; Notarized English translation is required. 4. Birth certificate: Name of the kid on the certificate is mandatory & the Name mentioned on the certificate and on passport should be the same. Else, an affidavit from Notary is required. The Birth certificate should be in English and if it is in regional language; Notarized English translation is required. Application Processing: 1. The respective applications will reflect under the section Under Process Application. 2. GMS processing agent will review all the application & documents. 3. The GMS processing agent will consolidate the application & all the documents and: Sends soft copies of documents via email to Service provider in Sri Lanka. Please refer Annexure-5 for Service provider details. Hands over hard copies of all the documents to Dispatching team. Please refer Annexure-6 for GMS Courier Guidelines. 4. Dispatching team sends all the documents to Service Provider in Sri Lanka with the courier tracking number. Please refer Annexure-5 for Service provider details. 5. The GMS processing agent updates MS system with documents Sent date and an auto mailer is sent to the employee. 6. The Service Provider in files the application to mmigration authorities in & sends intimation to GMS team about filing date. 7. The GMS processing agent updates MS system with application filed date and an auto mailer is sent to the employee. 8. f any other additional documents /clarifications are requested from the mmigration; the service provider will send an email to the GMS processing team requesting for the same. Service Provider in files the documents to mmigration authorities. 14. f the application request is complete as per the Norms, the mmigration authorities will duly approve the request and would fax esidence Visa Entry Permit approval letter to Service Provider in & to Sri Lankan High Commission in ndia. 15. The Service Provider in sends (Soft copy) the esidence Visa Entry Permit approval letter to the GMS Team. 16. The GMS processing agent updates the esidence Visa Entry Permit approval letter details in MS system & an auto mailer sent to Employee 17. Employee needs to proceed with initiating Dependents stamping process and complete the stamping. 18. After Dependents reaching ; Employee needs contact the Service Provider in and apply for Dependent Permit. 19. On receiving the Dependent Permit; Employee needs to scan and send a copy of Dependent Permit to GMS team. 20. Wipro T Business Confidential 5.3.1 nitiation Process: n order to initiate Work Permit Extension & Dependent Extensions; Employee should ensure that the mmigration Profile of the Employee, Spouse & Children are up-to-date. The request should be raised 2 months before the expiry of the Work Permit. a. Once the Extension application is initiated a unique application is generated in the MS system. b. The Employee completes the application with the Questionnaire, uploads all the documents. c. The application moves to different approving authorities like TM, VH, BU Head. d. Upon approval from all the necessary oles, the application moves to GMS for further processing. Once the online application is approved and all the documents are received (soft copies) at GMS; the allocating manager assigns the application to the concerned GMS Verification agent. 5.3.2 Verification Process: The GMS verification SPOC/agent responsible should validate the information and would have to follow the below mentioned verification process: 1. Passport Copy (including dependents if applicable): Clear color scanned copy of the first, last, observation/corrections pages (if applicable), ECN mandatory for travel. Verify the Passport copy with D page and Address page of the Passport. Check Validity of the passport, First & Last Name. Make sure the Passport should be valid for minimum of 12-24 months with 4 consecutive blank pages mandatorily. GMS Page 21 of 27

Dependent Permit Booklet (including Spouse & child if applicable: Photocopy of current Dependent Permit Booklet of the Dependents. Any deviation or mismatch of information the application would be sent back to the employee asking for further clarification. Then the Employee scans & sends the Work Permit / Dependent Permit letter details to GMS team. 9.
