AGREEMENT/CONTRACT CARROLL COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT 9:12 AM Leann Cline, Health Commissioner, Carroll County General Health District appeared before the Board to request approval of the Tuberculosis testing contract. She explained this is a requirement of Ohio Revised Code. They are receiving water runoff from other properties which is causing potholes and a lot of mud in the parking lot. She has contacted the Carrollton Village Street Department to see if they have any solutions. Commissioner Ohler advised he would ask the Engineer and Maintenance to review the situation and take the project under advisement if work will be needed. MEDIA 9:18 AM Sara Klein, reporter for the Mr. Thrifty/News Leader, asked if the Board expects to make a decision regarding Atwood after the executive session with Attorney Sean Smith today. Commissioner Ohler advised he thinks there will be a motion to approve a plan for sale. Ms. Klein asked what is expected during the meeting with Frontier today. Commissioner Wirkner explained they will present a plan for 911 Next Generation and he hopes there will be a cost presented as well. AUDITOR S OFFICE - PAYROLL 9:24 AM Lynn Fairclough, Auditor, and Brittany Tangler, Deputy Auditor, appeared before the Board to discuss an error made with the payroll deductions in Mandatory Medicare. This occurred in 2014, 2015 and part of 2016. Ms. Fairclough is asking for $2,400.00 from the General Fund for the employer portion and her office will pay the employee portion since the employee is no longer employed. The agent is currently working on the problem and Commissioner Ohler sent him a letter giving him a deadline of 9:00 a.m. on Friday to correct the situation.
