Without you, this fundraiser would not have been as EXTREMELY successful as it was. This year we raised over $3,900 and are off to a great start in our fundraising efforts for After Prom 2015. The garage sale is the main fundraiser for After Prom each year and it takes many volunteers to make it a success. Thanks to the following adult volunteers who sorted, priced, sold and cleaned up items for the sale: Belinda Check, Sylvia Chinn-Levy, Nikki Cox, Giselle Davis, Kathy Deagan, Dina Didonato, Michael Dugan, Terri Flasco, Debbie Forster, Sue Gigliotti, Donna Hays, Nancy Jones, Blair Lampner, Kay Makishi, Cindy Pavlovich, Wendy Roddy, Debbie Rosso, Stacie Ryan, Stacy Samarigan, Kristi Schulte, Gina Shea, Janet Tektas, Kelly Vitrano, Jodi Vrabec, and Beth Weitzel. Also a big thank you to our student volunteers: Jared Bruderly, Chris Dugan, A.J. Forster, Hallie Heffernan, Hannah Houdeshell, Alison and Olivia Jones, Aaron Lampner, Zach Lindsey, Susan Negowski, Bryce Ryan, Julie and Valerie Samarigan, Deniz Tektas, Lauren Vorell, Alison Vrabec, and Kelly Weitzel. We could not have done it without you! Stay Connected The CHS PTSA web page on the CHS website has up-todate information on PTSA meetings, events and programs. Find us under Organizations Membership News Welcome back! The beginning of a new school year means that it is once again time to join PTSA! Membership in PTSA is a great way to get involved in your child s school and helps you to stay connected to the high school. Your support of CHS PTSA helps us to fund many great school activities, including Staff Appreciation and After Prom. In addition, only seniors whose families are members of the PTSA will be considered for our generous scholarships at the end of the year. We welcome any and all help, but we do understand that is not always possible. If you are unable to volunteer, please support us by sending in your membership dues today. All parents, teachers, students and community friends are encouraged to become a PTSA member for $5/member. Again this year, there is an option on the membership form for you to make an additional donation to our general fund. We know that parents and students are stretched in many directions with fundraisers, this option is an easy way to raise some much needed funds. Just fill out the form included in this issue and return to the office with your payment today!
