c. Approximately two weeks prior to decedent s death Gail obtained $78,700 as power of attorney from the decedent s accounts and placed the funds into her own accounts. d. Paid herself $20,000 as a gift that decedent allegedly said she could have. Need copy of check as to whether Gail or the decedent wrote the check. Supp: Petitioner states she does not yet have a copy of the check. e. Received money as a gift prior to decedent s death and does not intend to return the funds. f. Liquidated contents of the decedent s home with most contents going to Gail and only has $38,017.67 left of the decedent s money. Question if this is the balance of the $78,700. Supp: Petitioner confirmed that $38,017.67 is left. It appears approximately $40,000 has been spent down. 2. Question if petitioner has knowledge of when the power of attorney was executed, with what powers, and at what point was the alleged will executed? Need verified supplement.
