INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 4 This Amendment No. 4("Amendment") to the Interconnection Agreement dated October 23, 28 is made and entered into this - 3 W day of Db, 212, between the Fayette Electric Cooperative ("FEC") and the LCRA Transmission Services Corporation ("LCRA TSC") collectively referred to hereinafter as the Parties. WHEREAS, the LCRA TSC and the FEC entered into that certain Interconnect Agreement executed October 23, 28, as amended by that certain Amendment No. I executed as of March 2, 29, as amended by that certain Amendment No. 2 executed as of December 19, 211, as amended by that certain Amendment No. 3 executed as of May 3, 212 (collectively, as amended, the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the LCRA TSC will replace the low voltage box structure at Weimar Substation with A-Frame structures utiliing operate and transfer buses NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and undertakings herein set forth, the Parties agree to further amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Exhibit "A" attached to the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and the Exhibit "A" attached to this Amendment No. 4 is hereby added to the Agreement in lieu thereof. 2. Exhibit "A" attached to this Amendment No. 4 is effective thru execution of this Amendment No. 4 by the Parties. 3. Facility Schedule No. 8 (including the diagrams attached thereto) is deleted in its entirety and Facility Schedule No. 8 attached to this Amendment No. 4 is hereby added to the Agreement in lieu thereof. 4. Except as otherwise expressly provided for herein, the Agreement will continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. FACILITY SCHEDULE NO. 8 Amendment No. 4 1. Name: Weimar Substation 2. Facility Location: The Weimar Substation is located at 113 CR 24, Weimar, Colorado County, Texas 78962. 3. Points of Interconnection: There are nine (9) Points of Interconnection in the Weimar Substation generally described as: where the incoming distribution line connects to the dead end insulator between switch WE-21 and switch WE-23 at breaker WE-2. where the jumper from breaker WE-2, passing through CT-5, connects to the 4 hole pad on switch WE-19. where the jumper from breaker WE-2 connects to the 4 hole pad on switch WE- 21. where the incoming distribution line connects to the dead end insulator between switch WE-71 and switch WE-73 at breaker WE-7. where the jumper from breaker WE-7, passing through CT-7, connects to the 4 hole pad on switch WE-69. where the jumper from breaker WE-7 connects to the 4 hole pad on switch WE- 71. where the incoming distribution line connects to the dead end insulator between switch WE-61 and switch WE-63 at breaker WE-6. where the jumper from breaker WE-6, passing through CT-6, connects to the 4 hole pad on switch WE-59. where the jumper from breaker WE-6 connects to the 4 hole pad on switch WE- 61. 4. FEC owns: Three (3) distribution circuits including dead end insulators that attach to the dead end structure, conductors, and hardware Three (3) distribution circuit breakers WE-2, WE-6 and WE-7 including foundations, jumpers and protective relay packages Three (3) 12.5 kv surge arresters SA-1, SA-11 and SA-12 One ( 1) modulation transformer MTU with associated fuse and surge arrester LCRA TSC owns: The Weimar Substation including, but not limited to, the following items: One ( 1) circuit switcher CS-2755 One ( 1) power transformer T-1 with associated surge arresters Twelve ( 12) distribution and total bays (some are occupied by the City of Weimar) including A-frames, trusses, insulators, disconnect switches, 12.5 kv operating and transfer buses, bus tie switches, bus potential transformers, and metering current transformers Control house and battery bank Station service equipment Underfrequency relay panel 1. Operational Responsibilities of Each Party: FEC will be responsible for the operation of the three (3) distribution circuit breakers serving the FEC feeders. LCRA TSC will be responsible for the operation from the low voltage bus through the power transformer to the high voltage equipment. 11. Maintenance Responsibilities of Each Party: Each Party will be fully responsible for the maintenance of the equipment it owns. 12.
