Re: Re: SEC. 540 (Dangerous Drug Offense) Max. is $500.00 - BBS should be $290.00 if we are to be consistent with the other bail bonds for other offenses, however, when asked what they wanted the bond to be, they requested it be set at $500.00 - should this stay at $500.00? SEC. 565 (Gambling) - There is not a penalty mentioned in this section of the Code. There is not an amount mentioned at all and the Bail Bond Schedule for Iowa and Pottawatomie do not show one. Should we leave blank?
