Pursuant to this Court s directive, the parties have conferred regarding a schedule for the filing of post-trial briefs concerning Texas s 2011 House Plan and 2011 Congressional Plan. The parties hereby notify the Court that they have agreed to the following proposed schedule and page limits for post-trial briefs:

Briefs concerning both the House and Congressional Plans would be limited to 75 pages; briefs concerning only one plan would be limited to 35 pages. There would be no page limitation on proposed findings of fact. 2. Reply briefs would be due by October 23, 2014. With regard to the length of reply briefs, the parties agreed generally to a page limit of 35 pages. Texas today requested that it be given a total of 75 pages to respond to all parties in a single, unified brief. All parties who responded by the time of the filing of this Advisory agreed to Texas s proposal. However, not all parties had responded at the time of this filing. 2
