June 2, 2014. Donald R. Pozzi, County Judge, opened the meeting to anyone wishing to address general County business which was not on the meeting agenda. Judge Pozzi expressed his thanks, on behalf of the Commissioners Court, to law enforcement, emergency personnel, and all others who responded to and volunteered during last week s tragedy at the Oak Colony Estates Subdivision. Hearing no further comments, Judge Pozzi continued to the next agenda item. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: (3-3:52) 3. June 2, 2014. Moved by Clint C. Ives, the Commissioners Court approved the interim vendor payments dated May 29, 2014, in the amount of $1,237,764.80. Motion adopted. REPORT PRE-TRIAL SERVICES COORDINATOR - JOIN - REGIONAL PUBLIC DEFENDER FOR CAPITAL CASES PROGRAM VICTORIA (7-5:44) 7. June 2, 2014. Passed at this time with no action taken. REPORT ARCHITECT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS VICTORIA (8-6:07) 8. June 2, 2014. The Commissioners Court heard a report from Rawley McCoy of Rawley McCoy and Associates and Scott Stridde, Principal Engineer of Stridde, Callins & Associates regarding Victoria County Capital Improvement Projects. Mr. McCoy and Mr. Stridde answered questions from the Court. No action taken. TASK ORDER 005-2014 MASTER CONTRACT MISCELLANEOUS ON-GOING PROJECTS RAWLEY MCCOY & ASSOCIATES VICTORIA (9-29:10) 9. Pozzi stated that the 2012 Operation Stonegarden Grant Adjustment Notice returns $89,000.00, in unused grant funding to the State Administrative Agency to be reallocated to another eligible County.
