Paragraph 1 of the Complaint contains legal conclusions to which no response is required. To the extent a response is required, Defendant denies that she has engaged in any acts of infringement of Plaintiff s purported trade dress, unfair competition or deceptive trade practices, and lacks knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of the remainder of the allegations contained in Paragraph 1, and therefore denies the 2. Fisher LLC has filed suit against Plaintiff for a declaration of non-infringement regarding the MARC FISHER brand Teagin style shoe, and denies the remainder of the allegations contained in Paragraph 6 of the Complaint. 7.
