Destination marketing organization (DMO) or convention and visitors bureau (CVB) is an organization that promotes a town, city, region, or country in order to increase the number of visitors. Towards DMO strategic planning In order to create program a working group should be established, which will determine the key indicators of tourism development, general policy and expenditures for the development of this policy (Tcharkhalasvili, Gulua 2010). Very important the City Hall has to create a networking able to diffuse the reputation and tourist offers of the city (Tourism Development Strategy... 2010).
