The defendant has been incarcerated in a state or federal prison, and 3. The primary offense which the defendant is to be sentenced is a enumerated in F.S. 775.084(1)(d)1 and was committed on or after October 1, 1995, and other sentence, or court-ordered or lawfully imposed supervision that is imposed as a result of a prior conviction an enumerated ; or b.
