Council) Pursuant to Government Code 54957.6, the City Council shall recess into Closed Session to meet with designated labor negotiators Bob Hall, City Manager and Jean Hirai, Personnel Manager, regarding the following employee organizations: Fountain Valley Firefighters' Association IAFF Local 4530. Mayor Nagel reported that direction was given to the negotiation staff. STUDY SESSION Mayor Nagel called the Study Session to order at 5:7 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENT 2. Approve Resolution No. 9489 authorizing adjustments to the City of Fountain Valley Cost of Services Schedule as proposed in the Exhibit A of the Resolution and adopt guidelines for future cost of services adjustments.
