Public Employee Evaluation Title: City Manager Dear Council, Please ensure that the written communication I have submitted to the City regarding concerns raised with respect to City Manager Rick Cole, including the information found in the email communication chain below, is used in your evaluation of City Manager Rick Cole. I have brought forth to Mr. Cole and his office several concerns, including concerns related to civil rights, privacy, and other concerns related to the Constitution, and his office has thus far not provided responses to several of my inquiries. We need a City Manager who can lead: lead with honesty, with integrity, with conviction, with transparency, and who treats residents with dignity, respect, and in accordance with the law and the Constitution. It is obvious Rick Cole misses the mark. Sincerely, Attachment: Written Comments (2590 : City Manager Evaluation) 1 Item 1-A 7/25/17 Special Meeting Packet Pg. 6
