This landscape buffer shall meet the specifications of a landscape buffer D as set forth in the Landscape Ordinance (Section 19-600 et seq. of the Zoning Ordinance) and the Landscape Specifications Manual as determined by the City Arborist, except as modified by the following: 3
The minimum width of the landscape buffer shall be at least 20 feet. (b) The amount of plant material shall be at least 50% greater than what is otherwise required for a standard buffer D, as determined by the City Arborist. (c) (d) All new trees and shrubs that are to be planted shall be of an evergreen species approved by the City Arborist. All existing trees within the buffer area shall be preserved to the extent practicable, as determined by the City Arborist. The requirements of this stipulation shall be reflected on the final landscape plan and shall be installed and maintained in accordance with Section 19-600 et seq. of the Zoning Ordinance. 2. The applicant/owner shall provide and perpetually maintain a minimum 15% canopy coverage in a manner consistent with the requirements of Section 19-600 et seq. of the Zoning Ordinance and the Landscape Specifications Manual as determined by the City Arborist. All trees to be preserved and/or installed shall be reflected on the final landscape plan. 3. As indicated in the conditional use permit application, the hours of operation shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. 4. The site must be kept in a clean, well maintained order at all times.
