Pg 2 of 22 Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746, and in accordance with this Court s case management procedures set forth in the Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 105(a) and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1015(c), 2002(m), and 9007 Implementing Certain Notice and Case Management Procedures [ECF No. 101] (the Case Management Order ), the undersigned hereby certifies as follows: 1. On December 8, 2017, Westinghouse and its debtor affiliates, as debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned (collectively, the Debtors ), filed and served the Debtors Fourth Omnibus Objection to Claims (Satisfied Claims) [ECF No. 1887] (the Objection ). 2. In accordance with the Case Management Order, the Debtors established a deadline for parties to file responses to the Objection (the Response Deadline ). 3. The Case Management Order provides that requests for relief may be granted without a hearing, provided that no objections or other responsive pleadings have been filed on or prior to the relevant response deadline. The Response Deadline has now passed, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue (the Department ) was the only party to file a response with the Court on the docket of the above-referenced cases on or prior to the Response Deadline [ECF No. 1919] (the Response ). The Debtors and the Department have consensually resolved the Response and the Department has agreed to withdraw proofs of claim, numbers 129 and 133. 4. The Debtors filing of the attached revised proposed order (the Proposed Order ) addresses the Response and removes the claims that the Department has agreed to voluntarily withdraw. The revised Proposed Order is annexed hereto as Exhibit A, and a redline of the Proposed Order is annexed hereto as Exhibit B. 2

To the best of my knowledge, no other Responses have been filed with the Court on the docket of these cases in accordance with the Case Management Order or served on counsel to the Debtors. 6.
