(Ord. 1136, 2, adopted 2012) 1161 MEMBERS; APPOINTMENT Board shall consist of a total of five (5) members, of which at least three (3) members shall be residents of the City or a business owner in the City and up to two (2) members shall be at-large without a residence or business located within the City. If no at-large candidates are available, the City Council may fill the board seats with City residents or City business owners. (Ord. 1136, 2, adopted 2012) 1163 QUALIFICATIONS OF BOARD MEMBERS Board members shall have sufficient education and/or experience to perform and fulfill the duties required in section 1169 of this code. This education and/or experience may consist of a college degree, professional license, or employment experience in architecture and design, landscape architecture, building contracting, urban planning, civil engineering, or similar field of study. Alternatively, the City Council may determine that a combination of education and/or experience in lieu of a college degree, professional license, or employment experience may qualify a candidate for the Board.
