THIRD COUNT ARMED ROBBERY I this Court, did commit the crime of Armed Robbery, by, while in the course of committing a Theft, infz±ct±ng bod±ly injury or using force upon J.W., and/or committed or threatened to commit any crime of the first or second degree, and that in the course of committing said crime the defendant attempted to kill J.W. and/or purposely inflicted or attempted to inflict serious bodily injury on J.W., and/or was armed with or threatened the immediate use of a deadly weapon, to wit a motor vehicle,

contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C15-I, and against the peace of this State, the Government, and dignity of the same. FOURTH COUNT POSSESSION OF A WEAPON FOR AN UNLAWFUL PURPOSE THIRD DEGREE CRIME! purpose to deprive the owner thereof, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C20-3a, and against the peace of this State, the Government, and dignity of the same. SIXTH COUNT ELUDING SECOND DEGREE CRIME Freehold, and/or the Township of Colts Neck and/or the Township of Marlboro, County of Monmouth, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit the crime of Eluding, by operating a motor vehicle on a street or highway in the State of New Jersey, and knowingly fleeing or attempting to elude W.M. and/or P.C. and/or C.L., law enforcement officers, after having received a signal from the law enforcement officers to bring the vehicle to a full stop, thereby creating a risk of death or injury to himself or another, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C29-2b, and against the peace of this State, the Government, and dignity of the same.
