The Order dismissed Plaintiffs' 3 Fourteenth Cause of Action. The Order also dismissed Plaintiffs' First Cause of Action, without 4 prejudice to Plaintiffs filing an Amended Complaint on or before February 28, 11. 5 WHEREAS, Plaintiffs did not file an Amended Complaint on or before February 6 28, 11. 7 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that: 8 1. Plaintiffs' First and Fourteenth Causes of Action are dismissed with 9 prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil.Procedure 12(b)(1). Consequently, Plaintiffs' Second 10 through Thirteenth Causes of Action are also dismissed. 11 2. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 77z-1(c)(1), 78u-4(c)(1) and Local Rule 58-1, 12 the Court finds that, during the course of the litigation, the parties and their respective counsel 13 have complied with the requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11. 14 3.
