Diaz is the first Georgetown Police officer to complete this program o The new GPD Polaris made its debut on October 31 during Trick or Treat the ATV was a huge hit! o GPD is earnestly working with Lexipol to complete a re-write of our Policy and Procedures Manuals. Our tentative completion date is April 1, 2017. Planning o Ground Breaking for Sun Behavioral Health on November 2 (Jamie Craddock, Rebecca Johnson-Dennis, Chris Lecates, Bill West) (see Photo 1) o Parking Reduction request approved for 511 North Bedford Street Bedford Street Pour House o First Cool & Connected Steering Committee conference call on November 4 TOWN MANAGER S UPDATE World War I Memorial installed on The Circle Participated in a NEOGOV webinar (HR and applicant tracking) (Gene Dvornick, Laura Givens, Olga Holm) Met with Auditor to review reporting and disclosure requirements for Downtown Development District incentives Met with local property owner to discuss zoning options and process for two (2) in-town properties (Jamie Craddock, Gene Dvornick, Jocelyn Godwin) Met with concerned property owner regarding code enforcement issues (Gene Dvornick, Chris Lecates, Mike Picarello) Met with Broad Valley Micro Fiber Networks to review designs for connecting, via fiber network, all Town facilities (Gene Dvornick, Laura Givens, Jeff Ward) Submitted revised pricing for Burger King Road and Bramhall Street to reflect prevailing wages Attended SCAT Steering Committee (Gene Dvornick, Bill West) Presentation on Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) and potential impacts on municipalities.
