PUBLIC HEARING Matter of receiving public input on the proposed 2017/2018 City Budget in accordance with Chapter IX, Section 8, of the City Charter. ITEMS OF BUSINESS 1. Resolution R- -2017: Matter of adopting the City Budget for Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018. 2. Resolution R- 2017: Matter of authorizing collection of tax administration fee in accordance with P.A. 503 of 1982. 3. Resolution R- 2017: Matter of transferring delinquent water payments from 2015/2016 to the 2017/2018 Summer Tax Roll for collection in accordance with Chapter 19, Section 2.87 of the City Code. 4. Resolution R- -2017 : Matter of consideration of transfer of $45,000 to the Equipment Fund for the purchase of Mobark M15RX model BC1500 chipper as bid by the City of Berkley and under the cooperative purchasing ordinance at an estimated cost to the City of Huntington Woods of $43,808.75. 5. Resolution R- 2017: Matter of consideration of the renewal of agreement with Oakland County s Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 and the automatic renewal in successive three-year qualification periods of time, or until time that it is in the best interest of the local Community to terminate the agreement. 6. Boards, Commissions and Committee Appointments: Matter of consideration of appointment to the Environmental Advisory Committee. 7. Ordinance No. : Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend the City of Huntington Woods Code of Ordinances to Replace in its entirety Chapter 28, Peddlers, Solicitors, Canvassers and Handbills, and to Adopt a New Chapter 28, Articles I though VI, to Regulate or Address Peddlers, Solicitors, Canvassers, and Unsolicited Written Materials; and to Provide for Penalties for Violation thereof. 8. Ordinance No. : Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 30, Solid Waste, Article II, Collection and Disposal, Section 30-23(e), Container Maintenance, to Provide for the Storing of Waste Materials on Private Properties Prior to Removal and to Provide for Container Maintenance; and to Provide a Penalty for Violation thereof. 9.
