RECESS/RECONVENE The Board recessed at 10:40 a.m. and reconvened at 10:50 a.m. SOLID WASTE SERVICES MANAGER SCOTT HARPER Presentation Regarding Construction and Demolition Debris Cell Located at Northwest Solid Waste Facility The Board concurred to direct Solid Waste Services Manager Scott Harper to research the cost associated with the future disposal of construction and demolition debris and bring back to the next Board meeting. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS The Board commented on various issues. Acting County Administrator Jeffrey Rogers recommended that the Board consider utilizing a financial consultant to conduct a review of the budgeted expenses and revenues for the short-term and long-term financial strategies of the County.
