Mayor Brown felt there may be a conflict with Iowa Code Chapter 21, as she is the spouse of Denise Moore who was just appointed to the commission. As he foresees only three people being on the commission in the near future, he is concerned that any dialog between Christensen and Moore may constitute a conflict with the open meetings law.
