Councilmember THOMSON requested unanimous consent that the reappointment of Maggie Frole Spurling to the Parks and Recreation Commission for a 5-year term ending January 30, 2016 be approved. Unanimous consent was granted Council President JORDAN announced that this was the time and place set for Proclamation, Girl Scout Week.
