Public Comments: Martha O Connell asked the Committee to reconsider the water, sewer and garbage fees for mobilehome residents citing it is a hardship on seniors, residents with fixed incomes and the working poor. Shaunn Cartwright requested a time certain for Item 11.9, The Reserve Residential Project and requested the hearing before Item 11.8. Magdalena Carrasco and carried unanimously, the Committee accepted the June 14, 2016 Agenda, as amended, with Closed Session at 9:00 a.m., Open Session to begin at 11:00 a.m., Sunshine Waivers granted to Item 3.9(b), Resolution establishing the Schedule of Fees and Charges for 2016-2017 and the San José Financing Authority Meeting Item 2(a)(b); Items 3.5, City Pay Play for Various Classifications and Item 3.6, Municipal Water System Water Rate Increase for 2016-2017 are to be heard jointly, Ceremonial Items to be heard at 1:30 p.m. and Item 2.24, Actions related to Vice Mayor Rose Herrera s travel to Monterey, California and Item 9.2, Purchase and Sale Agreement for Real Property on South Almaden Boulevard, including Sunshine Waivers were added to the Agenda and public testimony was limited to one minute in the evening.
