A MOTION IS NEEDED TO RATIFY PERMISSION TO ADVERTISE FOR THE FOLLOWING: A. The Northumberland County Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed Human Services Block Grant for Fiscal Years 2018/2019 for the Department of Public Welfare. The Public Hearing will be held at the Human Services BH/IDS Building at 217 North Center Street, Sunbury, PA 17801, in Conference Room 2 on the second floor, Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Plan will address the following program area: County Human Services Block Grant for Fiscal Years 2018/2019. 16. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO AUTHORIZE THE TAX CLAIMS BUREAU TO CONDUCT A PRIVATE SALE OF REAL ESTATE, FOR PARCEL NO. OOH-01-OOH-207, AT AN OFFER OF $1,800.00, AND PARCEL NO.
