It looks like the snow is gone and spring has sprung. May brings us Mother s Day on May 11th. Let us remember all the mothers as it was their guidance that made us the Knights we are today. Happy Mother s Day to all the moms. Our annual Tootsie Roll drive was April 25th, 26th, and 27th. A special thanks to Bob Hansen for all his work on making this successful. Also thanks to Fritz Welsch for his years of organizing that made our jobs much easier. Thanks to Dave Benz for contacting the businesses and to all the workers. I m proud to be part of a group that steps up to the task as we filled 42 spots and collected over $3000 dollars. Remember the pancake breakfast this weekend and help support the church on their drive for new communication screens. This will give us an opportunity to promote our functions as well. Look forward to seeing you at our May 13th meeting. Steve Dahl Grand Knight Council 9096 May 2014
