Before I get into our story again I, Anthony Martini want to say that your Staff Members but mainly Mr. Zachary Dadson is totally incompetent and now your staff members are in violation of International Laws and United Nations Laws. Your staff members are ONLY interested in handling Tax returns for the poor. However, there are non-profit organizations, churches, community groups and H&R BLOCK that do taxes for the poor. Your staff members are NOT qualified to handle any situation beyond TAXES. Perhaps you Hon. Chris Bittle should change your sign from MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT to FREE TAX SERVICES. I, Anthony Martini along with my wife, Annette Martini had an EMERGENCY SITUATION and we still have an EMERGENCY SITUATION and your staff members mainly Mr. Zachary Dadson was and is totally useless and clueless on handling any situations that you, Hon. Chris Bittle should have immediately handled in the first place as our Member of Parliament in Canada. On Wednesday, March 23, 2016, I, Anthony Martini with my wife, Annette Martini walked into your Constituency Office located at 61 Geneva Street in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada and we asked for Emergency Assistance. An unidentified female employee from your Staff was so clueless on what to do. We did ask to speak to you, personally Hon, Chris Bittle, but we were handed over to Mr. Zachary Dadson, who knows absolutely nothing about Emergency Situations or any situations besides taxes. I, Anthony Martini told Mr. Zachary Dadson, that myself and my wife, want to speak to our Member of Parliament but Zachary Dadson response was that you are too busy and we have to go through (him) Zachary Dadson. I, Anthony Martini told Mr. Zachary Dadson, that we are Political Refugees in Canada that was caused by Canada and I explained how I, Anthony Martini was persecuted by the Canadian Government and the RCMP Royal Canadian Mounted Police for over 4 DECADES. I, Anthony Martini also told Mr. Zachary Dadson, that we have totally exhausted all Canadian Government Agencies in obtaining any identifications of any kind which are Passports - DENIED, SIN (Social Insurance Number DENIED, OHIP ONTARIO HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN DENIED 8 times, PHOTO ID DENIED, DRIVER S LICENSE DENIED and everything denied. I, Anthony Martini also explained to Mr. Zachary Dadson that I was born in Italy but I lived in Canada since I was about 4 years old and my wife, Annette Martini was born in Canada. Page 2-14

Since I, Anthony Martini was a Free Lance Reporter and a Political Writer, my job was to write Political Articles. However, I always thought that Canada was a Free Society and Freedom of Speech was fully respected and fully protected by the Canadian Government according to the United Nations Laws, International Laws, Canadian Laws and the Canadian Constitution. I, Anthony Martini, later discovered as a Journalist and a Political Writer that FREEDOM OF SPEECH does not exist in Canada. Due to my Political Opinion and due to my Political Articles I became under tremendous attacks by our Canadian Federal Government who ORDERED the RCMP- Royal Canadian Mounted Police to DESTROY me, to PERSECUTE me, to TORTURE me and to MURDER me. The PERSECUTION and PHYSICAL TORTURE escalated on a weekly basis by the RCMP that was ORDERD by the Canadian Politicians. The PERSECUTION even included THEFT of all my money which is an undisclosed amount of money, THEFT of my Properties, THEFT of my homes and THEFT of my Vehicles, without any Court Orders ever issued anywhere in Canada. The RCMP, a Federal Canadian Police Agency is supposed to protect all Canadians and not to obstruct Justice or to Physically Torture a Canadian or to try to Murder Canadians or to Steal from Canadians. Nor is it the RCMP s Duties or Responsibilities to sell illegal Drugs in Canada and around the World. The PERSECUTION and TORTURE is not an isolated event from the RCMP nor was my Story or is my Story an isolated event caused by the RCMP. The actual truth is, that the RCMP is a TERRORIST ORGANIZATION that have been TERRORIZING myself, Anthony Martini, for over 4 DECADES and this PERSECUTION and TORTURE will NEVER STOP until the RCMP is DISMANTLED or until I, Anthony Martini, leave Canada with my wife, Annette Martini, for the Final Time. In 1984, I, Anthony Martini, WITNESSED 3 Members of the RCMP EXECUTING an INNOCENT person in COLD BLOOD, on FOREIGN SOIL. This was an EXECUTION by Canada s Federal Police Agency on Foreign Soil. In 1984, I, Anthony Martini was ATTACKED on Foreign Soil by 3 Members of the RCMP, the same RCMP OFFICERS that EXECUTED an INNOCENT man on Foreign Soil, operating under the Canadian Flag. In 1985, I, Anthony Martini, was PHYSICALLY ATTACKED and INJURED at an RCMP Detachment in Canada where I SUFFERED more HEAD INJURIES. The RCMP did NOT STOP. The RCMP illegally took my Canadian Passport and all my Identifications away without any Court Orders. The main PURPOSE was to PERSECUTE me and to DESTROY me with no end and to keep their DIRTY SECRETS and their DIRTY CRIMES silent and to PREVENT me from ever speaking to any Media or to any Politician about their Illegal Activities. I, Anthony Martini paid for a Passport year after year from 1985 to 1998 but the Canadian Government kept my money and REFUSED to issue me a Passport which I then became a POLITICAL PRISONER OF CANADA. When I married my wife, Annette Martini, who stood by my side and nursed me back to health, the RCMP then ESCALATED their illegal attacks and illegally attacked my wife, Annette Martini and STOLE all of her PROPERTIES and all of her Money both Personal and Business Bank Accounts without ever going to Court. In 2001, I, Anthony Martini along with my wife, Annette Martini were FORCED to SURRENDER our Canadian Citizenship and all Rights to being a Canadian. In 2002, we FLED Canada and ESCAPED our PERSECUTING COUNTRY which is Canada and we FLED to the United States of America with PERMISSION from the Former President of the United States of America, Georges W. Bush, from the United States Attorney General, John David Ashcroft, from the previous INS.- United States Immigration and Naturalization Services and from the United States State Department. At no time did we ever violate any United States Laws of any kind. In 2012, the RCMP again illegally reached across International Lines and International Waters to ORDER our KIDNAPPING. On October 23, 2012, I, Anthony Martini along with my wife, Annette Martini were KIDNAPPED in California, United States of America by ORDERS of the RCMP. I, Anthony Martini was PHYSICALLY TORTURED for nearly 1 full year. At no time, during my TORTURE did I, Anthony Martini ever make a phone call to Canada and nor did I ever ask Canada for any assistance of any kind and nor did my wife, Annette Martini, because we were no longer Canadians. I, Anthony Martini was FORCED at GUN POINT to sign Documents for the United States of America to obtain Travel Documents from Canada against my wishes and my will. My wife, Annette Martini was FORCED to sign a Form for the United States Government to illegally obtain a Canadian Travel Document. On that Form I, Anthony Martini wrote that I AM NOT A CANADIAN AND NOR DO I EVER WANT TO GO BACK TO CANADA AND I SURRENDERED BY CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP AND ALL RIGHTS IN 2001. My wife Annette Martini wrote the exact same. On or about September 17, 2013, I, Anthony Martini spoke with the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C. and said, I, Anthony Martini nor my wife, Annette Martini, want to return back to Canada. I was given an Emergency Phone Number to the Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs John Baird. I spoke to John Baird s office for nearly 4 hours and I was told that we had NO CHOICE but to return back to Canada even if we did not want to come back to Canada. We were being FORCED BACK to Canada by the Minister of Foreign Affairs John Baird, against our wishes. This is now CLASSIFIED as INTERNATIONAL KIDNAPPING under the International Laws and United Nations Laws. Page 5-14

Under the United Nations Laws we had the LEGAL RIGHTS to REFUSE to come back to Canada but Canada FORCED us back here AGAINST OUR WILL. I, Anthony Martini was PROMISED by the previous Conservative Government and the Minister of Foreign Affairs that Canada would meet us at the Border with all of our Identifications including Passports, Social Insurance Numbers, Medical and every Documentations and every Identifications that we require. On September 18, 2013, I, Anthony Martini along with my wife, Annette Martini were FORCED back to Canada in HANDCUFFS and SHACKLES, AGAINST OUR WILL by our KIDNAPPERS. Instead of Canada respecting Canadian Laws or International Laws or United Nations Laws, Canada ESCALATED THE VIOLATIONS of International Laws and United Nations Laws. The Canadian Border Agents IMMEDIATELY PLACED US IN CANADIAN HANDCUFFS which was and is a HUGE VIOLATION under Canadian Laws. I, Anthony Martini was PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED by a Female Border Agent where the INJURY still EXISTS today. Since September 19, 2013, I, Anthony Martini along with my wife, Annette Martini went to every Federal Agency or contacted every Federal Agency to obtain Identifications including Passports which was DENIED by the Canadian Government. Social Insurance Numbers DENIED by the Canadian Federal Government. Every IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT that is NEEDED under International Laws was all VIOLATED and DENIED by the Canadian Federal Government and the Province of Ontario. Around October 2013, we approached an Organization to assist us with the Federal Government to prove that we are Canadians. IT IS NOT OUR DUTY NOR IS IT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVE THAT WE ARE CANADIANS OR THAT WE ARE NOT. The Canadian Government and the RCMP- a Canadian Federal Police Agency FORCED us back to Canada AGAINST OUR WILL and HELD US from Page 6-14

September 18, 2013 to the current date as POLITICAL PRISONERS OF CANADA and HOSTAGES OF CANADA which VIOLATES all International Laws and United Nations Laws. By Canada REFUSING to ISSUE us Emergency Travel Documents or Emergency Passports, then Canada OBSTRUCTED and VIOLATED ALL International Laws and United Nations Laws. The bottom line is that I, Anthony Martini, do NOT want to remain in Canada and nor does my wife, Annette Martini. Canada said NO to all Identifications of any kind which is a CLEAR INDICATION OF INTERNATIONAL VIOLATIONS AND UNITED NATIONS VIOLATIONS. We did NOT ask Canada to hold us as HOSTAGES or to continue the PERSECUTION and TORTURE. Nor did I, Anthony Martini, ask Canada to continue with their POLITICAL PERSECUTION and POLITICAL TORTURE. When Canada FORCED myself, Anthony Martini and my wife, Annette Martini back to Canada AGAINST OUR WILL, it was the Sole Duty and the Sole Responsibility of the Canadian Government to ISSUE us EMERGENCY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, EMERGENCY PASSPORTS, SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBERS and any other Identifications that we required under International Laws. It was also the Legal Responsibilities of the Canadian Federal Government to make sure that the Province of Ontario does not violate any International Laws, Canadian Laws, United Nations Laws and that the Province of Ontario does not violate the Canadian Constitution. IT WAS NEVER OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIGHT THE CANADIAN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO FOR IDENTIFICATIONS FROM SEPTEMBER 18, 2013 TO THE CURRENT DATE BECAUSE CANADA FORCED US BACK TO CANADA AGAINST OUR WILL, EVEN WHEN CANADA KNEW THAT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, STOLE ALL OF OUR IDENTIFICATIONS. I, Anthony Martini along with my wife, Annette Martini supplied the only Identification we had which was an expired Driver s License issued by Quebec, Canada. The RCMP illegally FLAGGED every Federal and Provincial Government Agency NOT to give us any Identifications of any kind. Just because I, Anthony Martini, was a Political Writer and a Journalist and wrote Crimes about the RCMP and their illegal activities over the years, gave the RCMP NO LEGAL AUTHORITY to conduct illegal WIRE TAPS on all my lines for over 4 Decades, no matter where I was in Canada or where I was living overseas. The RCMP has NO LEGAL AUTHORITY to ABUSE THEIR AUTHORITY and ABUSE their POSITION as a Canadian Federal Police Agency to KIDNAP my 2 daughters. The RCMP has NO LEGAL AUTHORITY to put FALSIFIED INFORMATION in my Files or my wife s files, for FULL DESTRUCTION and PREVENTING us from ever existing. The RCMP had NO LEGAL AUTHORITY to TRY and COMMIT a POLITICAL ASSASSINATION against myself, Anthony Martini in 1995 when I, ANNOUNCED that I was going to CREATE a NEW POLITICAL PARTY in Canada and ABOLISH the RCMP. The RCMP made me PERMANENTLY DISABLED for the rest of my life. The RCMP had NO LEGAL RIGHTS under any Laws to ERASE us from EXISTENCE as if we do NOT exist. Nor did the RCMP have ANY LEGAL RIGHTS to CROSS INTERNATIONAL LINES OR INTERNATIONAL WATERS to PERSECUTE myself or my wife, for all of these years. The RCMP had NO LEGAL RIGHTS to try and MURDER MYSELF, Anthony Martini when I wrote an Article indicating that the Commissioner of the RCMP was DIRECTLY INVOLVED in BRINGING and DISTRIBUTING illegal DRUGS including COCAINE across Canada and DISTRIBUTING illegal DRUGS and COCAINE around the WORLD using DIPLOMATIC CARGO AND DEPLOMATIC BAGS. I, Anthony Martini also have a LEGAL RIGHT to EXPRESS my POLITICAL OPINION without FEAR of REPRISALS or without FEAR of PERSECUTION or TORTURE, INTIMIDATION by Canada or its Police Agencies or FEAR MURDER ATTEMPTS as Canada and its Police Agencies have done for so many years. I, Anthony Martini have the SCARS and the BROKEN BONES all over my body to PROVE my CLAIM which was CAUSED by the RCMP A Canadian Federal Police Agency that are a TERRORIST ORGANIZATION. Hon. Chris Bittle, I, Anthony Martini, have contacted your Staff Member, Zachary Dadson by phone several times with NO SUCCESS of OBTAINING an EMERGENCY TRAVEL DOCUMENT for myself, Anthony Martini and for my wife, Annette Martini to finally LEAVE CANADA. Your Staff Members are totally incompetent and they have been no use to us whatsoever in obtaining Emergency Travel Documents. Your Reputation as a Member of Parliament is on the line because whatever your Staff does ultimately affects you and your Performance and your ability to being an Active Member of the Canadian Parliament. WE NEVER ASKED FOR MUCH. WE NEVER ASKED FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE. It only takes just ONE PHONE CALL and just ONE PHONE CALL FOR OUR FREEDOM to obtain EMERGENCY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. The RCMP at the Canadian Consulate in New York as I was advised ISSUED the FRAUDULENT, FALSIFIED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS to FORCE myself, Anthony Martini and my wife, Annette Martini back to Canada against our will. The FRAUDULENT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS ARE IN A SECURE LOCATION FOR FUTURE LEGAL ACTIONS. The second time I, Anthony Martini, contacted your Staff Member, Zachary Dadson, he advised me to contact a Lawyer. This is a TOTAL VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAWS AND UNITED NATIONS LAWS, what your Staff Member has done. According to International Laws and United Nations Laws, when an Individual(s) makes a Report whether it is Verbal or Written, claiming that they were PERSECUTED or TORTURED by that Country, then that person of Authority acting on behalf of a Member of Parliament, MUST take IMMEDIATE ACTIONS to PROTECT that Individual(s) or their family from any further Persecution or Torture. However, your Staff Member, that is so incompetent wanted to contact the RCMP which is a TOTAL VIOLATION of International Laws and United Nations Laws and I, Anthony Martini, will make sure that ALL LAWS will be FOLLOWED including your Staff Members, that are all incompetent. Zachary Dadson should have never been employed by your Constituency Office. On my last phone call to Zachary Dadson, last week, again, I asked to speak to you personally, Hon, Chris Bittle and again, your Staff Member, DENIED myself, Anthony Martini to Legally Speak to you. Hon. Chris Bittle, if you are not able to handle an Emergency Situation from to POLITICAL PRISONERS, then perhaps it is time for you to RESIGN from your position as Member of Parliament. During my last conversation with Zachary Dadson, he indicated that he had FULL KNOWLEDGE that I, Anthony Martini, have a POLITICAL WEBSITE and that I, Anthony Martini, am RUNNING FOR PRIME MININSTER OF CANADA 2019. At no time, did I ever tell Zachary Dadson, your Staff Member or any of your Staff Members, about my Political Website. Nor did I ever mention to him that I have a Political Website BUT in my last conversation with Zachary Dadson, he mentioned my Political Website on the phone which again he VIOLATED INTERNATIONAL LAWS because your Staff Member is now PERSECUTING Page 10-14

me because of my POLITICAL OPINION because he is REFUSING to do his job and duties under International Laws, United Nations Laws and Canadian Laws. My POLITICAL OPINION should have no bearing on the Canadian Federal Government issuing myself, Anthony Martini and my wife, Annette Martini EMERGENCY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. We are only asking for a simple REQUEST which is EMERGENCY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS under INTERNATIONAL LAWS and UNITED NATIONS LAWS to PERMENANTLY LEAVE CANADA.
